Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Levy County, Florida and surrounding communities. You’ll work on a 1099 basis, manage your own routing, and report occupancy status with minimal supervision.

Expected earnings are per inspection, typically equivalent to $25-35 per hour, with about 25 inspections per month in Levy County; you control your schedule and territory while delivering accurate field data and timely reports.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor who can provide own equipment and work solo.
• Strong time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
