Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Bath County, Virginia and surrounding communities. This 1099 role offers flexible scheduling and the potential for supplemental or full-time income on your own terms.

You will manage your routing, complete brief exterior inspections (5–6 minutes on-site), capture 9+ photos, and submit reports via mobile apps. A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet access are required.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
