Prophylaxis, SRP, and radiographs are within scope, with opportunities for additional days as needed. The ideal candidate holds an active AZ dental hygiene license, local anesthesia certification, and CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene services: prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments.
• Conduct periodontal assessments and maintain clinical documentation.
• Administer local anesthesia within Arizona scope and protocols.
• Take dental radiographs per practice protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health.
• Identify health concerns and communicate findings to the dentist.
• Coordinate patient treatment with dentists and staff.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards.
• Build positive patient relationships through compassionate care.
