Job summary

KidStrong in Mount Healthy, OH seeks a coach with a strong athletic or coaching background to guide children from 15 months to 11 years through brain, physical and character development. You will work with a monthly evolving curriculum and discuss the rationale of KidStrong with parents.

Classes run weekdays 9am–11am and evenings until 7pm, with weekend starts at 8am. Flexible scheduling is available, with potential for more hours through camps and additional programs.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Prior coaching experience with KidStrong age range preferred.
• Experience educating parents on curriculum is a plus.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational communication skills.
• Self-starter who gets the job done.
• Enjoys spotlight and engaging with families.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach children aged 15 months to 11 years on brain, physical and character development.
• Deliver sessions aligned with evolving monthly curriculum.
• Explain the rationale of KidStrong curriculum to parents/guardians.
• Lead classes weekdays 9am–11am and evenings until 7pm.
• Support weekend sessions starting 8am through lunchtime.
• Opportunity to adjust schedule based on studio needs.
• Potential to increase hours via camps and extra programs.
