WellQor is a rapidly growing online therapy practice in Los Angeles seeking clinicians to join a team-based, telehealth model. Therapists enjoy the security of W-2 employment, while delivering high-quality care through a collaborative care-team structure.

You’ll set your own schedule and work part time or full caseloads to fit your lifestyle. The role emphasizes building strong patient relationships, using an electronic health record, and leveraging centralized admin support for credentialing,

Formación

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions.
• Comfort using technology in everyday work.
• A willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy.
• Define your own availability, make your own schedules, and work according to your lifestyle.
• Consult with your clinical director and regional team for support and feedback.
• Connect with therapists across the country using ClinicianConnect.
• Allow WellQor to handle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services.
• Participate in company events and receive opportunities for CEUs sponsorship.
