Job summary

SitterTree is seeking child care providers to work in nursery or Children's Ministry during church services, group meetings, and special events in Ashburn, VA and surrounding areas. Most roles focus on Sunday mornings with additional opportunities on Saturdays and weekdays.

Compensation ranges from $20-$25+ per hour, with you choosing when and where you work, offering a flexible schedule and immediate pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check.
• Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
• Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric

Responsibilities

• Care for children in nursery or Children's Ministry during service times, group meetings and events.
• Supervise children and follow safety practices during activities.
• Provide age-appropriate care for infants and toddlers (diapering, feeding, naps).
