Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking individuals for flexible, independent delivery/collection work with preplanned tasks and the ability to earn by the hour. You control how much you earn by selecting when you work and how quickly you complete assignments.

As a Research Associate, you must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, and schedules are designed to fit personal availability while meeting client windows.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments in partner stores per provided work orders.
• Maintain safe driving and punctuality while collecting items.
• Adhere to training, company guidelines, and quality standards.
