This part-time position requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, while helping maintain store operations and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement.
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities

• The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, delivering a world-class experience and surpassing sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery, building brand loyalty.
• Support store operations and merchandising standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand shopping environment.
• Be flexible to cover peak hours, events, and promotions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
