ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a route-based Customer Advocate role in Dallas, TX. The position supports building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies, with a flex shift and $24.00 hourly pay.

Responsibilities include route relief, inventory management, invoicing accuracy, and lead generation. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and DOT medical certification readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role may cover routes and requires DOT eligibility and comfortable operation of company vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push/pull linen carts.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck and organize routes.
• Manage customer inventory and pricing knowledge.
• Handle paperwork: work orders, invoices accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover vacations and call offs.
• Provide additional route support and make special deliveries.
• Lead generation and customer follow-up.
