Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Vaccination RN to support the 2026 Vaccination Initiative in a retail healthcare setting. The RN will administer vaccines, including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations, and provide safe, compassionate patient care with accurate documentation.

This temporary assignment runs from late August through December 2026, with potential extension or conversion to permanent employment based on needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including immunizations.
• Previous vaccination experience preferred.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment.
• Motivate and support fellow staff members.
• Assist in achieving clinic performance goals.
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements.
• Candidate MUST be flexible with work hours.
