Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Bergen County, NJ, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for flexible, patient-centered assignments across Bergen County and nearby communities. Opportunities include shift-based cases and RN visit assignments, with pay of $55 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of RN experience, an active NJ license, and current BLS certification. We offer supportive leadership, streamlined onboarding, and schedules that fit around your life.

Formación

• 1 year of RN experience in acute care or home care required.
• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam completed within the last year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year (or chest X-ray in past 5 years).
• MMR vaccination within the last 10 years.
• Proof of current flu vaccination or approved medical exemption.

Responsabilidades

• Provide RN care for shift-based cases and RN visit assignments.
• Deliver patient-centered, one-on-one care.
• Maintain compliance with licensure and safety requirements.
