Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple Mercy locations in Missouri. The role supports various shifts, with a flexible schedule under the Gig Nursing Program. Must have RN licensure and nursing program graduation, with Epic experience preferred.

The position offers incentives including a $40/hour base plus variable shift incentives and W-2 employment. Minimum 12 hours every 90 days, up to 30 hours per week, with shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Preferred BSN education.
• Active RN licensure in hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and direct caregivers.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care and maintains patient rights.
• Maintains Mercy Service Standards in daily duties.
