Job summary

You will select preferred shifts and locations, perform assessments, administer medications, provide wound care, and coordinate care while maintaining EMR documentation and adhering to standards.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and respond to changes in patient conditions.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois
• Minimum prior experience in clinical settings preferred
• Strong documentation and EMR skills
• Excellent patient communication and teamwork

Responsibilities
