Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking team members for high-energy positions at our Indianapolis salons. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, engaging clients, and recommending products and services to boost satisfaction and sales.

Base pay starts at $13.00/hour with performance bonuses, and average earnings can reach $15.50/hour. We offer flexible schedules, casual dress, free tanning, and benefits, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service preferred.
Able to meet sales targets.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs as a client.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients on arrival.
Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while upholding company policies.
