Job summary

Staples is hiring Sales Associates to help customers find products, resolve issues, and manage online order pickups with friendly, prompt service. You will multitask across cashier, merchandising, and customer assistance while contributing to a fast-paced, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle returns and online pick-ups.
• Be flexible on responsibilities (e.g., cleaning, stocking shelves, other duties as assigned).
