Job summary

Specialty Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking licensed Pharmacists for ongoing retail pharmacy opportunities around Tacoma, WA. This role offers flexible scheduling with options for per-diem, part-time, or full-time hours and competitive compensation of $70+ per hour.

Candidates must hold an active Washington Pharmacist license and a Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, with strong communication and customer service skills. Retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, interactions, and potential side effects
• Provide immunizations and other pharmacist services as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service
