Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide independent contractor network and seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers. You’ll manage flexible, project-based assignments with some of the nation’s largest retailers, delivering high-quality retail execution.

As a contract merchandiser, you choose projects that fit your schedule, travel between locations, and report progress via a mobile device. DailyPay is available, and compensation is project-based to reflect each assignment’s scope and duration.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
