SFS is growing its nationwide network of independent contractors for retail merchandising and related services across the United States. The program offers flexible schedules and the ability to service multiple retailers and brands with project-based pay.

Assignments typically involve 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service in the first two weeks of each month. This is ideal for self-motivated professionals seeking supplemental income and flexible work windows.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits, or customer service.
• Able to read and follow planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Ability to submit reports and photos on the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
