Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, supplemental income with service windows across the country and a variety of retail support activities, including merchandising, resets, stock, and reporting.

Assignments are project-based with 12-20 hours per month on average. You control your schedule, choose projects that fit, and can earn via competitive project-based pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed
