Job summary

SFS is expanding its network of independent contractors to perform retail merchandising across the United States. This role offers flexible, project-based work with pay aligned to completed assignments and opportunities to service multiple retailers and brands.

Typical projects range from 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring early-month service. You’ll review instructions, execute merchandising tasks, and report progress via mobile devices from various retail locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
