SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, project-based work at some of the nation’s largest retailers, with Windows-based scheduling and opportunities to service multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Able to read and follow planograms and merchandising instructions precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using mobile tech for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daylight hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Able to submit reports and photos on the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting with photos and documentation via mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
