Job summary

SFS is growing and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. Work on merchandising, resets, and retail support across major brands with flexible hours and project-based pay.

DailyPay enrollment is available; you control your schedule and choose projects that fit your availability. Typical assignments range from 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service in the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, mainly weekday daytime hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
