Job summary

Responsibilities

• The associate models customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and follows merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and handles recovery needs.
• Supports safety, loss prevention, and labor policy adherence.
• Participates in store-level tasks and duties as assigned.
