GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer in Wisconsin. This full-time Special Response role involves coverage at multiple client sites, with shifts that may vary by assignment.

You will handle patrols, access control, surveillance, and customer service while maintaining professional security standards. The position offers $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with DailyPay available, plus a comprehensive benefits package and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to work multiple shifts including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; MVRC check.
• Willing to travel between client sites within the assigned area.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to write clear, accurate reports.
• Background check and licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts.
• Monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct patrols and inspections; identify and report risks or suspicious activity.
• Manage access control; verify credentials and restrict entry.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and threats.
• Provide customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports.
