GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Austin, TX is hiring a Response Security Officer (Casual) to adapt to daily missions, providing customer service, patrols, and surveillance.

The role offers a set schedule with multiple shifts, potential 32–40 hours per week, a $19.00 hourly wage, and company‑supported education through GardaWorld Campus. Uniforms are provided, and growth opportunities exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• If you have or able to obtain a Texas Security License
• Driver's License preferred
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
