Camirand Travel is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a remote, flexible schedule role. You will assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, and provide support throughout the booking process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

The position offers remote work with ongoing training and support, plus a performance-based compensation structure. Prior travel or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with computers, booking systems and online tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations and general support.
• Guide clients through the booking process for vacations, cruises and other travel services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Stay up to date with training, travel information and supplier updates.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed.
