Job summary

Vetco, part of Petco Veterinary Services, is seeking relief veterinarians to join Vetco Vaccination Clinics and Vetco Total Care hospitals. You can choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, set your own rate, and enjoy an appointment-based model with no overnight or emergency on-call shifts.

You'll work with experienced staff handling operations while you focus on providing high-quality care. A DVM in good standing is required, with DEA license for certain shifts, and liability coverage.

Qualifications

• Licensed DVM in good standing in at least one state.
• Ability to perform blood draws and vaccines on shifts.
• DEA license in good standing for full-service Vetco Total Care hospital shifts.
• Professional liability insurance and license defense policy.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal mandates.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief veterinary services across Vetco Vaccination Clinics and Vetco Total Care hospitals.
• Follow appointment-based scheduling and maintain patient flow.
• Work without overnight or on-call shifts.
