Job summary

Atlas Relief is seeking a Relief Emergency Veterinarian for Frisco, TX. Flexible day and night shifts are available with on-site specialist backup in a 24/7 emergency hospital. The role supports a team-driven environment and may lead to a permanent position within six months.

You will manage a full emergency caseload, operate with 4-5 trained staff per shift, and work independently as the sole ER doctor during nights. Tours are welcome before commitment.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited university.
• Active Texas veterinary license or eligibility.
• Emergency or urgent care experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle full emergency caseload and soft tissue surgery.
• Work with 4-5 trained support staff per shift.
• Days: sole ER DVM with on-site specialists; Nights: sole doctor on duty.
• Run ER floor independently during night shifts.
