Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state you will work and willingness to affiliate exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses and attend inspections.
