Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state you’ll work
• Willingness to affiliate license exclusively with Redfin
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS or plan to obtain them
• Willingness to join MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections
• Set your own hours and control your workload
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings
• Work remotely out in the field - no office visits required
