Job summary

Get Set ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area. The role follows BCBA-designed treatment plans and requires data collection on client progress, with strong collaboration with families and supervisors.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or are pursuing it with our support) and have a high school diploma or GED, plus reliable local transportation for travel between locations.

Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
High school diploma or GED required.
Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
