Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team, providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time position offers flexible hours and a minimum six-month commitment, with competitive pay and the option for same-day pay after clocking in.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, record session data on electronic devices, and help families support progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for helping children with Autism and learning.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Engage and support families to promote client progress.
