Top Penguin ABA in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in homes and communities under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to grow as we expand our services across NJ.

You will collect data, implement individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to make meaningful progress for children.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data accurately.
• Communicate with supervising BCBAs and the clinical team.
• Complete session documentation and data entry.
• Maintain professional relationships with families.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
