Job summary

Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. You will have opportunities for career advancement and receive support from our clinical leadership team.

This role includes working mainly in-home and in community-based environments, focusing on the clients' unique behavioral plans. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay up to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will need a high-school diploma and have the chance to obtain RBT certification amidst an engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• High-school degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Education, or related field preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Experience working in ABA (2 years or more) preferred.
• Pass MATS-administered background check required.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification required.
• Reliable car and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement client’s individual behavior plan.
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients.
• Use ABA processes and strategies effectively.
• Enter electronic data collection promptly and accurately.
• Provide feedback to the clinical leadership team on client needs.
