Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in home or community settings. Part-time roles with flexible hours and a commitment of at least 6 months are offered.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans. We offer same-day pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement with BCBA sponsorship programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and behavior improvement.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
