PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, delivering ABA-based plans under a BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
