Job summary

Hallcon is recruiting drivers in Beaumont, Texas, to support North America’s railroad transportation network. The role does not require a CDL and includes training, vehicle and insurance coverage, and comprehensive onboarding.

You will transport railroad crews to various locations, perform safety inspections, and adhere to Hallcon’s standards. Flexibility in hours and a 21+ age requirement are part of the position.

Qualifications

• No high school, GED, or resume required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Current valid state-issued driver's license.
• Able to communicate and write in English.
• Flexible hours and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled).
• Minimum age of 21.
• Current valid state-issued driver's license.
• Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
