Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Quick Change / Lube Tech to help keep vehicles safe and on the road. You will perform oil changes, tire changes, battery swaps, and other routine maintenance using power tools and hand tools.

We will train the right person and offer flexible schedules, starting at $20/hour. This is a fast-growing, family-owned dealership with opportunities for career progression across six Baltimore-area dealers.

Qualifications

• Identify problems quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude while working with customers and teammates.
• Valid and clean driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Change tires.
• Perform oil changes.
• Change batteries.
• Replace wiper blades.
• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of breakdown or damage.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform tasks.
