Renewal Rehab is actively hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires an APTA-accredited PTA degree and current licensure in the practicing state. You will provide supervised PT treatments, assist in patient identification, and coordinate with the PT for referrals while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
