Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Compensation is $25.00–$32.00 per hour, with a supportive culture, competitive pay, and ongoing clinical education to advance your practice.

You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, assist in patient selection, collaborate with the care team, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
