You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
