Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a Long-Term Care rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Use purposeful activities to maximize independence.
• Apply skilled observation and perform standardized or non-standardized tests and measurements.
• Interpret results to identify areas requiring physical therapy services.
