Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• PT degree from an accredited program (DPT or MS/MS in PT).
• CPR certification and state-required certifications.
• Strong orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and integrate advancements into practice.
• Manage plan of care and follow up with patients as needed.
