• Experience in internship with documented patient notes.
• Venipuncture skills and pharmacology curiosity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Round on assigned patients each shift and document findings in the electronic record before handoff.
• Hold Attention Management follow-up calls within 48 hours of discharge.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout each shift.
• Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and specialist appointments.
• Log PALS Certification readings as required for continuity of care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Stock the crash cart and verify expiration dates.
