Job summary

Arvum Senior Living in the United States is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and help create a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CNA certification preferred, and strong communication and customer service skills. This on-site role offers full-time or part-time hours, competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
