Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Eugene, OR is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient care in a supportive, clinician-driven environment.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, treat orthopedic, balance and vestibular conditions, and collaborate with a team. We offer flexible scheduling, holidays and PTO, CE support, and a chance to grow under a national brand with local autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon required.
• Orthopedic outpatient experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated clinician focused on quality patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
• Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness.
