The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-centered team in Town of Florida, NY.

This role supports Physical Therapists by implementing treatment plans and assisting patients in regaining movement and managing pain. You will monitor progress, educate families on at-home exercises, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings is preferred or home care.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.
