Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking independent Process Servers to deliver legal documents across the United States with a flexible schedule. You control your workload while using our industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

We provide training and support, and you can work full-time or part-time outside of a traditional office setting. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work variable hours including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android device and ability to use a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours – Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.
• State laws vary, and some require a minimum age to serve.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to recipients across assigned areas.
• Maintain accurate logs of served documents and times.
• Follow state laws and company procedures for service of process.
