Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license required.
• Must hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or be qualified for Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment ensuring compliance with standards.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient evaluation.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries according to requirements.
