Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in El Paso, TX seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to treat adults with neurological injuries (TBI, CVA). You will carry your own caseload, perform evaluations, and develop treatment plans in real life settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This PRN role offers a flexible schedule, no weekends or evenings, paid per hour, driving reimbursement, and opportunities for education and advancement as you help patients regain

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience with adult neurological injuries (TBI, CVA) preferred.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
